Golf course back open after record rain in October
The average rainfall for our region in October is 80mm over the course of the month, but this year we saw over 180mm fall onto the course in this time.

2023 Target Golf League Results - Week 1
Eight teams have entered 2023 Season 1 of the Target Golf League and it’s jsut one point between the top two teams after the first event!
Burstwick Scramble Results Sunday 8th October 2023
Due to us running our “Burstwick Scrambles” with the old handicap allowance of 10% for a fourball and 16.7% for threeballs, we run the results manually therefore can’t upload them to HowDidIDo.

On Saturday 30th September we held our Matchplay Finals Day which is the climax of the matchplay tournaments we hold throughout the summer months and it was a fantastic day of golf!
Sports & General Knowledge Quiz raising funds for the Lungs of Burstwick phase 3
On Wednesday 1st November we are hosting a Sports & General Knowledge quiz which is open to all (not just golfers!) and promises to be a great night!
Chris Spenceley wins the 2023 Club Championship
On Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th September Chris Spenceley won the annual Club Championship with an impressive performance in testing conditions!
Target Golf League starts 12th October
We are running our Target Golf League every Thursday at 6pm for 8 weeks from Thursday 12th October 2023!
Entry costs £40 for the whole of the league, and this includes free balls every week!
Club V1 Scoring Input & Leaderboard
We have now installed a new touchscreen computer in the clubhouse entrance foyer where we will be asking players to put their scores in when entering competitions before submitting their scorecards in the black box.

"Call My Bluff" Wine Tasting - Saturday 23rd September 2023
Join us from 7pm on Saturday 23rd September for a night of fun, testing your taste buds and attempting to win a bottle of champagne in a game of Call My Bluff!
USA win one of the closest Burstwick Cups in years!
Last week we held our annual Burstwick Cup which is a Ryder Cup style event where two teams (America and Europe) face each other in a two day competition to see which team will be crowned victorious!
