New artificial winter tee on hole 5

Through the winter months a select few tees get a vast amount of wear that they struggle to recover from, and the worst is the 5th tee because it has so many divots taken out of it. So this year we have invested in an artificial mat and frame for the winter months that players will use to tee off from. This mat will be moved every week to spread the wear and will hopefully give the 5th tee box a much better chance at recovering through winter and give it a head start in Spring when we go back to playing on it.
